Available Yarn Weight Patterns

DK weight yarn patterns. DK yarn is one of the most common yarn weights. It sits between sport and worsted. Needles of 3.75-4.5mm are most commonly used with DK yarn.

Worsted weight yarn patterns. Worsted-weight yarn, also known as medium-weight yarn sits between DK and Bulky weight. Needles of 4.5-5.5mm are most commonly used with Worsted yarn.

Aran weight yarn patterns. Aran weight yarn is slightly thicker than worsted-weight yarn. Needles of 5.0-6.0mm are most commonly used with Aran yarn.

Bulky weight yarn patterns. Bulky weight yarn sits between Aran weight and Super bulky/chunky weight yarn. Needles of 7.0-8.0mm are average, while 5.5-6.0mm will give you a tighter fabric.

Super Bulky weight yarn patterns. Super Bulky/Chunky weight yarn sits between bulky and jumbo weight. Needles of 8.0-12.75mm are most commonly used with Super Bulky yarn.
