Tools

There are different types of needles, sizes, and styles. Different yarn weights use a range of needle sizes. All patterns have notes for exactly what is needed.

Single Point Needles

Single point needles are straight needles that have a point only on one end and a knob on the other end. These are commonly used for things like scarves and swatches.

Double Point Needles

Circular Needles

Circular needles have a cable connecting the points on both ends. They are most often used for projects like hats and magic loop knitting.
